Yes, this is 100% single donor hair. Meaning, all cuticles are aligned and the hair has not been chemically processed in any way. Once bundles have been chemically treated or colored they are no longer virgin. Therefore, we recommend utilizing a professional for your coloring needs.

This hair can last a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take good care of it and it will last longer. Depending on maintenance and hair type, raw hair can last 7-8yrs. Virgin hairs will last a minimum of 3yrs with good care. ***Raw Hair is the most luxurious hair extension on the market. Each bundle can vary slightly in texture and wave pattern since it comes from different donors. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your virgin hair once per week, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products. Remember, NEVER sleep on wet hair. Sleeping on wet hair is known to matte hair, which makes it very difficult to maintain the health of the hair, as well as, prevent tangling and shedding. Make sure your hair is completely dry before going to bed and you will be fine. Using flexi or perm rods at night will maintain the curls and limit the amount of heat you'll need to use.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Shipping times for orders within the US are 2-3 business days domestic & 6-10 business days for international order.

Due to issues with missing shipments and fraud attempts, orders over $200 will require signature confirmation. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. Please be aware we are not responsible for any Custom Fees or Import Tax that your country may bill to you. NOTE: Packages being held in customs for inspection may take an additional 1-5 days of processing time.
