At SSTRESSES, we take pride in providing premium-quality luxury hair extensions and products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are considered final.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on hair extensions, closures, frontals, wigs, hair accessories, digital products, or any other items sold on our website.

Because our products cannot be resold once handled, opened, worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging, all purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued in the event that SSTRESSES makes an error in fulfilling your order, including:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Receiving the wrong length
  • Receiving the wrong texture
  • Receiving the wrong quantity

Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Exchange Eligibility

In certain circumstances, we may approve an exchange if:

  • The incorrect item was shipped by SSTRESSES
  • The product remains unopened, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All security ties, labels, tags, and packaging remain intact

Any product that has been opened, brushed, combed, cut, colored, washed, installed, worn, or altered in any way will not qualify for an exchange.


Return Authorization

All return requests require prior approval.

If your request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided along with instructions for returning your item(s).

Returned items must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your return authorization and shipping label.

If the tracking information does not show acceptance by the shipping carrier within the 5-business-day return window, the return authorization will be automatically canceled.


Inspection Process

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) to verify eligibility.

If approved, we will process the appropriate exchange or refund for the order discrepancy.

SSTRESSES reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, or refund request if the product shows signs of use, alteration, tampering, or damage.


Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, including eBooks, guides, tutorials, and downloadable content, all digital purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
