At SSTRESSES, every order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive premium-quality hair and products that meet our standards of excellence. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order for shipment.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During sales events, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of your order.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, SSTRESSES is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our control


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

SSTRESSES is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly, order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.  

Approved cancellations submitted within the cancellation window will receive a full refund to the original payment method.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, SSTRESSES is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  1. Checking with household members and neighbors.
  2. Contacting your local carrier office.
  3. Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.
